If you want a relaxing break in the heart of the idyllic French countryside, then Berrathoz is the place to be. Set in a pretty, rural hamlet and about 20 minutes from the coast, this charming stone cottage stands amongst wonderful countryside, with its own enclosed gardens.

 

The cottage is a traditional Longere and has been completely renovated while preserving its rustic charm. It offers a living room, fitted farmhouse kitchen with natural beams and dining area, two bedrooms and a study (third bedroom). Nearby is the picturesque town of Guerlesquin, famous for its charm and beauty, and small beaches can be found nestled in pretty coves within a short drive. The local lake offers sailing, canoeing and fishing, with good walking and cycling in the rolling wooded countryside.

 

A short drive away are the large sandy beaches of the North Brittany coast with picturesque harbours and rugged cliffs.

 

Berrathoz sleeps 2 - 6 people in three rooms, two doubles and one twin. Prices range from £95 per week to £195 mid-season. Check our tariffs and availability for booking information.
